Bicycle Advisory Group Meeting May 24th, 2023

  • Bike to work week was a success, suggestions for next year included a way to get parents involved in Bike Train or more comfortable with their kids riding to school. Consider a stop at the Bus Depot off of McGuigan. A more traditional Bike to Work Day celebration with a morning tent in the park with coffee and breakfast burritos would also be nice to see

  • The bike sculptures made by the high schoolers are now at Quarq until we can figure out how to get them into public spaces and hopefully raise money for the shop class.

  • Thinking of things for Spearfish Bike Week at the end of August.
